Thining hairline

Does anyone know what I can do about my thining hair line? I'm only 30 but it seems to be getting worse lately. It looks like postpartum hairloss but I'm not pp. My youngest is 2 😭

Get your iron levels checked by your gp - if possible at this time.

Take a daily vitamin supplement- I like Perfectil Plus Hair. From Boots / Tesco / Holland & Barrett.
Also I take Holland & Barrett Gentle Iron 20 mg capsule daily.
Take both with a glass of water after food.

Make sure your diet contains the right nutrients too. I eat lots of beef & fish now.

Since taking these supplements & eating better my hair has grown more round my hairline (I lost it all there in 2011 due to epilepsy meds then kept getting anaemic).

Mines been falling out with stress since all this started so I’m looking at the ordinary hair growth serum, it seems to get a lot of good reviews.
