Do Fitflops size up big?

It varies. I have 3s and 5s, depending on the style of sole. The description should indicate it.

I usually go a size up, so I’m a 5 but order a six in fit flops.

Size up. Check out brandalley they have them on sale sometimes.

I’m usually a 6 and had to get a 7 so I’d also size up!

I've got wide feet. I usually go for the post style and go for a 5 when I'm normally a 4.

I was going to ask this exact same question! I have very wide feet, so wondered the same and whether I'd need a larger size? Normally a 6 wide.

They only do free returns on full price items, but you can also return sale items in the same bag so if you are buying from Fitflop in the sale, order a full price pair as well and then all your returns are free.

I got told this by a Fitflop person on the phone, and have tried it and it works 😊

Sorry not really what you were asking OP, but I find some styles I'm an 8, but only a 7 in their trainers.

@Elouera I have wide feet too and arthritis in one foot. I had a pair years ago. Sadly my Birkenstock's have become painful....

@Coronacurls That's exactly what I've done as I like the Lainey. I may end up keeping the sale sandals as comfy sandals are so hard for me to find.

@SavageBeauty73- I have awful plantar faciitus which hasn't improved in 6mths- despite losing 11kg. Several people mentioned these shoes, so thought they're worth a try to wear around the house.

I live in FitFlops because of Plantar Fasciitis..they've changed my life!

I even bought fitflop slippers to help my plantar fasciitis- they were the only ones I could wear!

I'm sporting a lovely new pair of fitflop slippers, delivered today. I would recommend them, very comfy and cosy.

Love FitFlops - have 5 or 6 pairs. I'm usually a 5.5 but i have some in a 4 and some in a 5 - my feet are long but narrow though.
