Apparently this is a thing. You can use it to contact customer services - but where is it?? I can't find out how to access it on the website and my emails are not answered. Thanks!

It just pops up as an option for me if I have the site open for a few minutes, but I think it’s only a mon-Friday option at the moment.

Thanks! I have a voucher that expires tonight and I really wanted to use it but it won't let me.

They will honour it on Monday if you phone them. I had similar a couple of weeks ago, they said they were prepared to be very flexible at the moment. Also, there are a number of 20% off codes going around for them.

As an aside, I've used Boden vouchers previously which still work well after the expiry date.

Were you trying to paste the code into the 'promo code' box rather than the 'pay with gift vouchers' bit on the final payment page? That was my mistake last night anyway.

I still don't get it though - it says add any gift voucher at payment but there is nowhere to do this?

There's a little drop down arrow next to where it says 'add gift vouchers'. top of the payment page - just above where you put your card details in.
