Don't waste your money!

Do NOT believe the good reviews you read about this company - I think Lotimena have written them!

Firstly, this is a Chinese company with a 'pretend' office in England. They have a registered address in England which they use for orders ONLY. All items are made and shipped from China. Return address is CHINA!

The items (clothes and jewellery) I ordered arrived in multiple packages over a month. The items were very bad quality material, too small and did not look like the images on the website.

If you want to return anything for a refund, you are given an address in CHINA! They also only give you 14 days to return unwanted goods - to CHINA!

I have no issue with the Chinese and have bought many items made in China. But the companies I bought them from had a return address in England and 30 day back return policy in line with English trading laws.

They have offered me 25% money back to compensate, lets see if it arrives in my bank account...

Absolutely fab for the money! I've been conned out of money too, I bought some hair extensions through a site on Facebook, it said they were Americans based but could deliver to the UK. This was the 11th June. I've messaged them loads asking where my item is and I keep getting a different date. When I got a tracking number it stated it's coming from China. I don't like buying from China as the quality is always poor, sizes badly and takes a lifetime to arrive!

Oh no, I feel your frustration. I hope they arrive soon - or just arrive!
