I'll go first! My dry, coloured, collar length hair is better if I wash it once a week, rather than more, and largely leave it to dry without making it dryer with my hairdryer. I can get away with longer with my roots, by using a Josh Wood root temporary touch up on them (even if I have to get DH to do the crown at the back). There's bound to be other stuff...

Big fan of starting with diet for skin and weight and posture as a style and beauty “base”

(and clothes and makeup are second)

So I’ve tried YouTube workouts, am increasing my sardine and broccoli recipes (I know they’re good for my skin, I just don’t like them neat so finding recipes which make them palatable without adding calories is great)

To be fair I did all this before lockdown but I have more time now!

Having tried the spectrum of YouTube fitness instructors, I’ve decided I’m not going to bother paying and going to group classes again (they can be great but tbh often there’s overcrowding or bitchy instructors or classmates or it’s a pain to get to)

I tried Aldi “big hair” shampoo as I was getting toiletries all in one go. It’s £1 and is great for bulking up my thin locks.

That a grade 2 clipper cut is utterly amazing on me and I will never grow my hair again!
