Can anyone help me with my skin? (pic attached)

Can anybody give me any tips to improve the look of my skin? It is dry, flakey, red and my foundation always looks awful. It is pretty sensitive so I am a bit reluctant to try peels etc. Please throw any ideas at me. I'm only 27 and feel about 50!

It doesn't look bad it looks a bit sensitive as you said. What products do you use atm?

I use a simple cleanser and nivea cream. I always react badly to water so only wash with water 2-3 times a week.

I think your skin looks lovely imo. If you're reluctant to trying peels/exfoliating products, I would recommend Greek yogurt mixed with a little bit of honey as a face mask, you can make it at home, it's so cheap and easy and it really does wonders for my dry skin, especially in the winter as it's very hydrating. Also very cooling in the summer and helps with puffiness too and not to mention how gentle it is. Instead of using water, have you maybe tried using a toner or a cream based cleaner that would hydrate your skin while it's being washed, followed by a good moisturiser that will sink in to the skin and leave it hydrated for the whole day? Thanks

Sorry cleanser, not cleaner Grin

Its not bad but dehydrated and you look prone to rosacea or thread veins so be careful about wearing a good spf even on cloudy days and reapply every 2 to 3 hours.
Get some hylauronic night cream and a good spf. Look into oil or balm cleansers.

Have you tried changing your diet and taking vitamins? My skin improved lots when I started taking breastfeeding vitamins and consciously included good fats in my diet and cut down sugar and alcohol.
