I can't say I have more time on my hands but I did decide I might make an effort to boost my morale. I'm very front line healthcare, so let's be honest, no one sees any of me but my eyes at the mo, but I've a few days off, weather is good.... 😂

I decided I would tan. Bondi sands has good reviews, thought why not?? A layer will take the faint hint of vampire off my skin. It smells nice.

WTF??? Is there a knack to this tan that I don't know about? It is near impossible to rub in. I currently look like a victorian chimney sweep that perhaps got caught in a down pour shortly after?? Awful. Laughed my leg off though. Really made me feel better despite the fact I probably need to soak for a week.

So go on. I can't be the only beauty disaster of pandemic 2020?? The bad tans, the terrible waxes, the shit hair cuts, the mad fringes (got that too)

@TKAAHUARTG Me too! Despite my best intentions it's too short and stands at a funny angle so I have to clip it to one side. DD(13) actually laughed when she saw it and usually she's very kind.

I tried to sugar my own bikini line. I tried to make my own sugaring paste with sugar, lemon, and water... it was horrendous. I actually ended up eating it as it hardened so much I created a substance that tasted like wethers original! I ruined a saucepan and glass dish as it hardened to it and created mountainous peaks of wierd caramel substance my bikini line remains as hairy as a dog

I cut my own hair and now it looks like this (thankfully my eyebrows are better).

I asked my DP to trim an inch off my hair and lost four.

I've been eyeing up my kitchen scissors for a while now thinking I could give myself and DS a "little trim" might change my mind after this thread

I have two options with my fringe right now: straighten it and resemble shetland pony; leave it au natural and resemble alpaca.

@Craftycorvid mine is straight. I rememble cousin It from the Adams Famu currently 😂 Cousin It with a shit coconutty tan.

And a gin so now I'm just getting drunk and smell like a pina colada😂
