Supportive summer shoes

Hi all,
I have an old injury to my foot (12+ years) that means the side and top in a line are really painful. I have found two pairs of shoes that comfort it but theyre winter boots and trainers. I need as one kind of summer shoe that is structured but nice for work - special needs teacher.
Any advice?

I quite like fitflop for having a decent amount of support and being good quality. They have a large range. Worth a look?

Can you get away with sketchers walk at work?
I haven't tried them but they look very comfy?
I wear trainers all year round at work, (I have a fairly active job, casual workplace & crap feet) but switch to Teva sandals on very hot days. They are semi-supportive, so I can't we eat them for too many days in a row (luckily with English summers, this isn't a problem).
