What should I ask the hairdresser for?

When we are out of lockdown of course.

I’m completely useless when it comes to my hair. I used to box dye it blonde up until over a year ago so now it’s just my natural dark blonde (mousy) colour and brighter blonde from my ears down.

I’d love something like this but does anyone know what this sort of colouring is called and if it’s possible for someone with my sort of hair to have? It’s sort of darker on the bottom which I really like but not sure if it’s possible to do over my bleached ends. And then highlights?

Just don’t want to go to a hairdresser and get told no and end up getting something I don’t really want cause I’m on the spot!

I think it may look darker on the ends due to the lighting, if not it’s probably a half head of highlights.

Honey blonde colouring perhaps, would be best to show them your photo. I’m interested in why you’d prefer having darker ends and lighter lengths, bit of a reverse ombré? I think a hairdresser might be a bit hesitant to give you a reverse ombré unless they were convinced it’s 100% what you want, because it’s not really a popular look
