Hi

I am 12 weeks post partum, just waiting for my hair to fall out any day now lol

How long after giving birth did yours start to fall out?
Did you use any shampoos to help with the appearance?
I read that volumising shampoos can make your hair look thicker, wanted to know if anyones tried it?

Probably 4 months before hair started falling out.

It seemed a lot but it just went back to how it was before which I was used to, obviously, so I didn't do anything different about it at all.

Volumising shampoos I've never been keen on personally, I don't think they work much and if they do I don't think they are good for your hair - they must rough up the surface or swell the hair or something. I'd rather match hair shampoo and conditioner to actual condition (dry, damaged, normal. smoothing etc) and add volume by a gentle mousse or spray plus natural methods like foam rollers for height/volume.

Thanks! Will stay away from those kind of shampoos then
