Waxing

Now I can no longer go to the salon, can anyone advise if home waxing kits actually work.

Is so, what do you recommend?

I’m a beauty therapist and most wax kits will work but most people can’t wax their own legs etc as it’s painful doing it yourself and you end up with wax in your legs trying to get the courage to pull it off ! I have advised my clients if they must to use something use hair remove cream

Razor?

I use the wax strips you peel apart to do legs and underarm, doesn't hurt I've been doing it for years. Would recommend

Superdrug do a stripless wax kit, which is fab! I never found the wax strips that great for my legs but this was great and no painful

I would dig the razor out until normalitty returns. Try the Quattro and use hair conditioner rather than a gel.

I bought this kit off eBay and I've done my legs, underarms and bikini and it didn't hurt at all.

@endofacentury which wax strips do you use please? I can’t shave as it gives me spots which have previously got infected so cannot risk it.

@Littlemiss74 I use the veet strips, normally order them off amazon or Superdrug. Have been using them for couple of years now
