Help! Got an esalon order and it's a permanent not a semi like I had a few years ago. I had my hair done in December - all over semi permanent to get back to my own coppery auburn - I'm fading rather than greying.
I'm getting a bit of a light parting so thought I'd pop on a semi permanent copper. Ordered via esalon, had a note on there to request semi permanent but they've sent permanent. I've emailed but no reply. Should I just use it and chance it? It's a light brown/ copper on the description. Dare I? Is permanent going to mean awful roots?
