Go easy. It is a great product. Despite being used to acids I found this stung and left my skin rather pink. However this did go away. Perhaps test patch first.

Yesbutisittouching · 10/04/2020 16:46

Make sure neither your hands or face are wet before applying or it stings like a bastard. I use it once a week and it is great!

menthollyinsane · 10/04/2020 17:39

Ok patch test and dry skin noted.

Thanks.

Use it sparingly and don’t leave on too long, and work up from there

menthollyinsane · 10/04/2020 18:12

Thanks @HermioneWeasley

I love this stuff, changed my skin for the better. I use twice a week and my skin is clearer and smoother and more even. Not perfect but better!.

It does burn and sting a little when you first use it and I only ever leave it on for ten minutes max.

menthollyinsane · 10/04/2020 19:04

@MsMeNz glad you like it. Burns and stings, the things we do in the name of beauty! At least if you can feel it it must be doing something right? Grin

ooh i want this now

menthollyinsane · 10/04/2020 19:17

@Wetcarparkrain it's out of stock in lots of places. I ordered it today from Just My Look for £6.30 and the postage is free.

it's great.
I would start with 5 min at first, it's strong stuff.
have good rich moisturiser ready for after.

and don't forget a high spf during daylight!

menthollyinsane · 10/04/2020 19:27

@woodencoffeetable watch out for the thread next week "Help, I've peeled my face off with red acid"

haha

I have to admit that my skin looks as shiny as adam schiff's for a few hours after.
which is slightly disturbing.

Greenvalleymama · 11/04/2020 08:08

I bloody love this stuff. Definitely on to a dry face, and use SPF the next day. Use in the evening, follow with a rich moisturiser (no retinol). The difference it makes is amazing, I think it’s my favourite skincare product ever. Don’t be scared though, I have pretty sensitive skin and can tolerate it well.

lotusbell · 11/04/2020 15:51

@menthollyinsane, I placed an order with this company on 5/4, it was dispatched on 9/4 and arrived today. Just to give you an idea of how long delivery might take x

menthollyinsane · 11/04/2020 15:59

@lotusbell thanks for letting me know. I'm expecting a delay in getting my order. The website said there would be delays due to Covid.

OP posts:
lotusbell · 11/04/2020 16:06

Yeah, I didnt think it was too bad considering!

FartnissEverbeans · 11/04/2020 18:53

My skin just be like sandpaper because it stings a bit but it doesn’t bother me at all. If anything I’m always tempted to leave it on longer!

It does work but keep it up for a few weeks. The biggest difference takes a while to show
