No poo, no conditioner or conditioner 1st? What works for you?

Morning

Just wondering which combination works for you, why it works for your hair type and if a particular shampoo/conditioner combination works better?

I've tried no conditioner and conditioner first and now back at shampoo and conditioning. Wondering why the alternatives works for others?

So here's mine:
Shampoo then condition
Hair type: dry and prone to frizz
Product: Johnson baby shampoo (think this helps a bit) and organix conditioner (not sure helps but less dry than no conditioner at all).

I wash my hair every day else it gets matted. I get very hot in my sleep and feel gross if I don’t wash it .
I have dry but frizzy hair that is wavy but will curl when damp. It’s neither straight nor curly normally.

I wash with a small amount of shampoo and then condition. I used to use hair mousse back in the day but now use an Argan oil instead .
I’m not sure if it’s any better - some are too heavy and make my hair greasy. But it’s always frizzy unless I straighten it .

I have really fine hair and can't imagine not using conditioner, or using conditioner before shampoo. I wouldn't be able to get a brush through it. Sad

@MentholChill I use conditioner. Wet hair, scrub with conditioner, rinse
