Anyone bought anything from Blindaluna?

Keep seeing ads on Facebook and really like the loose linen dresses but worried it's a rip off.
Anyone bought anything and what is the quality and sizing like?

I've just had a delivery from Blindaluna and it's appalling quality polyester and odd sizes/shapes.

Not the linen promised on the website.

Has anyone actually received a refund by following their instructions?

No refund. As they e mailed me saying 20% off next order would be all I would get and they’d probably lose their job for doing it!!!!
I did not return goods but wrote it off as a scam!!! Somebody in China is getting very very rich off the back of us!🤬🤬🤬

I'm still waiting for my dress that I ordered on the 10th of April

I received my two spot dresses from blindaluna last week,nothing like the photo,cheap and nasty.40pds wasted,as email said it would cost more to send back to China,than what I paid for dresses.this firm should be taken down,I am fuming!

If you bought via Facebook report them as a scam. Eventually you'll see a short survey on your timeline about your purchase, if you answer it negatively and enough people do they'll get banned . They'll pop up again under another name though.

At the moment Facebook aren't removing scam adverts so it's best not to buy from Facebook ads.

Yes I`ve just been caught out by this company, I didn't realise where it was coming from and wanted to return the order but obviously from UK it will be costly. The clothes are badly made and do not fit properly at all. I don't usually get caught out and am careful where I buy but I wasn't careful enough this time I certainly would not recommend them at all

I believe this website is doing something called 'dropshipping'. It's where you place an order and they place it on another site (usually Aliexpress in China) where they send it directly to you. In doing so, they mark up the price they charge massively - you can probably find these items on Aliexpress for a fiver. You can also tell the site is dodgy by the bad grammar, mismatched model shots and also by the prices which are all crossed out and discounted.

This is also why you see the exact same items on other websites as someone posted above.

No this isn’t drop shipping, Wayfair is actually a drop shipping site although there are many smaller.

terrible, avoid at all costs. not received my delivery just a load of excuses. not their problem apprently if the order does not arrive . i've reported them to facebook.

So after ten weeks I've finally received my item from TargetSweet! Unfortunately the pp was correct and it's made of cheap umbrella material and makes a rustling noise if I move around - definitely not linen!

I already opened a case with PayPal due to it not arriving- hopefully I can continue the case due to the item not being as described. It's infuriating as I and many others have reported the page to Facebook but it's still operating

I wish I'd read these reviews first. Do NOT order from this company. I was stupid enough to do so via Facebook.

The order took 8 weeks to arrive - and now it has, the quality is appalling. What looks like embroidery in the photos is just transfers stuck on the items. Sizes are ridiculous and even items of the same size and completely different.

I have tried very hard to get a refund and followed the whole exhausting process. Sent photos etc etc. Three times have been offered a discount as a gesture of good will but despite saying they will give a returns address, they have refused three times now.

I have had this same / similar e mail response 3 times now.

I had the exact email sent,as above,and received,3pds 30pence.I would earn anyone,don't buy from them.

I got a refund from PayPal for my terrible purchase from an identical company called TargetSweet.

It looks like blindaluna have changed their name slightly to continue trading after what must be many complaints

I bought a few items from BlindaLuna. Made in China, took ages to arrive and the items looked nothing like the pictures. They are very poor quality rags and the sizing is poor. It's a waste of time returning to China as the cost was so high. I paid using PayPal, no refund possible as I had received goods!!! Please be warned against them ! Hope this helps others not to make the same mistake as me
