Good books about personal grooming

Does anyone know of any good books about personal grooming?

I'm in my mid-40s now, and my old tricks just don't work anymore. I tend to look a bit scruffy most of the time, mostly because I'm rushing about.

Mostly, I need advice on how to do my hair on a regular basis so that it looks professional and presentable.

Anyone?

Have a look for A Guide To Elegance by Genevieve Antoine Dariaux. Such a good book.

I had A Guide to Elegance. Its such a lovely book. I think the secret to looking groomed is to wear a good colour palette e.g khaki and black rather than mixing up too much colour. It always looks chic to keep things simple. Don't get me wrong it's a bit boring but it's fail proof. Give me colourful patterns any day.

Sorry I went off on a tangent then. No book advice. 😳
