DH reckons it's called a pea coat. I've never heard of that. And i'm rather late to it considering. Anyways, something like this tan leather pea coat

Vintage shops like American Retro or whatever is in your local area. You'll have to be patient for the perfect fit though. That's not really a current shape for a leather jacket, outside of a biker jacker, the oversized blazer is the on trend shape at the moment.
