John Lewis online reviews- disappeared? Can someone check for me?

I've contacted JL and been told the reviews (the actual words) are still there but they aren't. There are star rating for products but no actual written reviews. I've tried from 2 different browsers on 2 different computers.

I wonder if because of business issues they have taken all the written reviews off the site?

It's frustrating as they were often really helpful.

Would anyone mind having a look and seeing if , when you click on the stars, it takes you to written reviews further down the page?

I can still see reviews. Is this what you mean?

They are there for me, but I don't click on the stars ( they don't appear for me when I click on a particular item), but choosing the reviews option further down the page.

It's really weird. Maybe there is some anti viral stuff going on with the pc which is preventing me seeing them. It's only happened about 3 weeks ago.

I've tried with google chrome and a different browser.

I thought they'd disappeared at one point, but no, you just have to click on the reviews section (one of the horizontal bars under the details of the product)
