Help, neck sag

I've just turned 40 and on the dot I've noticed that the middle of my neck is looking jelly-like. I don't know where to begin - please tell me there is a miracle product that will help

No miracle product that I’ve heard off. We are guilty of looking down at our phones and iPad a lot so I think it will become a generational problem.
Then we have the issue of skin texture in that area, it is drier and different than our face (to my mind anyway) and it doesn’t respond as well to topical treatments for the face.
