Soft socks - large feet

I have large feet (size 8) and think I may have some kind of sensory issues. I always buy m&s super soft type socks but after one wash they often shrink and are nowhere near as soft! How can I keep getting soft socks for my large feet wash after wash? Any brands people recommend?

Try Bamboo - much softer than cotton - I have eczema on my feet and I will always reach for bamboo socks first when my feet are flaring - I bought mine from Amazon, I got these ones - looks for a high % of bamboo but there are loads on there for size 8.

Perhaps buy men's socks I have size 8 broad feet and buy men's

Boden cotton socks, expensive but super soft and comfortable even on my great clodhopping feet

Bam Bamboo men's socks. Very soft and last well.
