Hi, has anyone got any tips for brightening up mousey dark blonde hair without using an all over hair dye? I usually get mine highlighted with foils but is there anything I can do at home? I’m not keen on the NiceNEasy all over colour stuff anymore as it just looks a bit harsh on me.
