Flattering leggings for running and lounging

Has anyone seen any flattering sports leggings for a size 14 with support? Sweaty Betty power tick the boxes but too pricy.
I've got some Gap Fit but they fall down when I run.
A phone pocket would be ideal. Navy a bonus.
Thanks.

Try Decathlon for unbeatable VFM - good quality, fabrics that don't go see through, drawstring, pockets (some not big enough for some phones, though). Range of thicknesses and lengths, and colours change each season (I have one fairly dark blue pair, but that was from a couple of years ago)

Possibly too expensive, and not navy, but parkrun's Contra (ethical) range is excellent for its range of sizes.

I got the fabletics deal 2 for £24 (£27 including postage) and they were lovely. Just set a reminder to cancel before the next payment is due!

Study by design are brilliant. Lucy locket loves are good too but only if you are short.

Honestly my M&S ones are the most comfortable and practical. High waist, don’t fall down ever, pocket panel v deep down the sides. I have several brands and they are my favourite.

Thank you, I'm looking at all your recommendations.

I like sugar pocket, via Amazon. Big pockets, cool colours and prints, reasonable price.

If you're actually running in them, they stay up and the pattern distracts from any bladder issues you may encounter
