Hi all,

I have never done anything with my face don’t even moisturise Blush but it has gotten so awful and spotty and slightly dry. Im not sure if it’s the last few months or chemo or the crappy diet or just stress that has caused it but feel I need to start taking care of it.

Literally know idea where to start and what to use and want brands etc. I’m 33 if that makes any difference to recommendations.

Thanks

Well chemo on it’s own would destroy anyone’s skin.

You need to stick to products that are fairly bland because chemo can apparently make you more sensitive than you were before.

So, a plain foaming cleanser/cleansing milk removed with a warm facecloth. Morning and night.

Fragrance free moisturiser on dry bits. You can buy sensitive skin sunblocks for your face.

If you can eat a bit better and cleanse regularly the spots will probably go on their own.

Dermalogica do unfragranced products too, their ultra calming cleanser is very good.

Thanks @Fluffycloudland77. Will look some up.
Unfortunately diet can’t change yet, am not allowed to eat any fruit or vegetables or basically anything healthy until operation.
But hopefully taking care of skin will help until diet can be sorted in a couple of months or so.
