What I need is an idiot's YouTube video that can help me do a grade 4 graduated cut with a blended floppy top. Is this even doable?

Should say blended rather than graduated!

Yes. Just watch loads of videos on how to cut and fade men's hair and take it slowly. If it all goes wrong then shave it all off.
