Help me with my dry frazzled ends!

Since I'm not at work I'm going to try and look after myself a bit better.
.. Starting with my hair 🙈

My hair is fine with dry ends (that need a cut) so look frazzled

I'm going to let it air dry so no hairdryer

Can anyone recommend a good conditioning treatment to help make them look a bit better?

I like this L’Oreal cream which you can use on wet or dry hair.

Phillip Kingsley Elasticizer is good too but less versatile and very expensive. If I could,only have one I’d opt for the L’Oreal.
