Hi all, I really need some comfy bras to wear around the house. I'm a 38 FF/G.
I hate wearing a bra but get backache without one. Since I'm not going anywhere it's the perfect time to invest.
Don't need masses of support and I'm prioritising comfort over image at this stage.
Any recommendations welcome.
Thanks

If anyone can recommend support type vests that would work I'd appreciate that too.
Forgot to mention in my first post that I'm a size 18.
Thanks again.

I’m a 34F and Tu’s pull on bras in a large fit me perfectly. They go up to XXL. I can almost get away with a medium, but the cups are just slightly too small.

I've not got one personally, but my disinter swears by Molke bras
https://molke.co.uk/

ScarletPower · 27/03/2020 19:10

I read a thread recommending Molke so bought one and OH MY GOD I LOVE IT! Unfortunately for you they are closed at the moment due to the Coronavirus situation and I don't know when they will reopen. I loved my first one so much that I bought a second one. So comfortable and supportive.

JaneEyre7 · 27/03/2020 19:12

I tried a Molke one after recommendations on here, but I don't find it at all comfy..... it gives you horrific mono boob and just doesn't sit right on me. I'm a 40G.

I've got some really good sleep bras from Bravissimo that I wear round the house if I'm not going out.

I’m 36k and M&S soft full cup, embroidered, is great for lounging about.

I also found Molke didn’t work for me. Small back, big boobs. Couldn’t get the bra over my shoulders. Trying to get it off, I was trapped in it. Thought I might have to cut myself out Grin

CremeDeSudo · 27/03/2020 19:46

Also came on go mention the Sainsbury's Tu ones. I'm a 34E and wear a Medium. I bought two over a year ago they had 25% off and they're still good. I will prob buy more !

mogtheexcellent · 27/03/2020 19:50

Sains TU. Im a 38 G and they fit fine in an XL. They can have an annoying trim so I wear inside out if wearing a thin top.

I havent worn any bras or supports for 2 weeks though Grin.

isabellerossignol · 27/03/2020 19:57

It's no good at the moment because they are closed, but the Primark sports bras are really good. I am a 32H and could almost leave the house wearing one.

KatharinaRosalie · 27/03/2020 20:27

i love my Molkes. So supportive and no monoboob here. And cotton.

ilovecherries · 27/03/2020 20:29

Molkes are marmite bras, I hated them as well, but I know others love them.

Oblomov20 · 27/03/2020 21:00

Which TU bra please?

ilovecherries · 28/03/2020 00:24

The ones I like are the seamless lace crop top bras oblomov

Oblomov20 · 28/03/2020 14:18

Thanks cherries, but:

I can't seem to find anything suitable.
The first one is sold out in big sizes.

I might have to go for the second one?

None look very comfy!

Thanks everyone. I'll check these out.

No, those aren’t the ones I wear, oblomov. It’s the seamless lace crop. They do them in loads of colours plus the usual neutrals. I’m a 34F and wear a large, medium feels just slightly too small on the cup, though could get away with it.

Bravissimo have camisole type sleepwear tops at present which I find wonderful. They are pull on so no annoying dance to get the back done up, super soft cups too. They are expensive, bu5 I went back and bought another one. I’m the same size as you and the Sainsbury’s bras don’t work for me at all.

KatharinaRosalie · 29/03/2020 11:20

Bravissimo has a special sleep bra as well - I haven't tried how supportive it is, but yes I also sometimes wear their PJ tops around the house. www.bravissimo.com/collections/pyjama-tops/

sonjadog · 29/03/2020 20:13

Sitting here in my uncomfy bra reading this thread, I have just been inspired to buy my first sleeping bra. I so hope it is comfy to potter around the house in.
