Lockdown style - lounging trousers with pockets

HaggisTheGreat · 25/03/2020 11:10

I am enjoying lounging around the house in comfy trousers but missing pockets for phone, tissues etc. Does anyone have any good recommendations for comfy bottoms with pockets? (I appreciate that strictly speaking I will look neither stylish nor beautiful...)

Hush harem pants are your go to.

inwood · 25/03/2020 11:17

Next's version of Harem pants, I think they call them joggers now.

EdithHope · 25/03/2020 13:15

I have some Asos ones that good, wash well.

Terralee · 25/03/2020 14:04

Tesco sell nice ones honestly!

Asos loungewear

Alo Yoga moto sweatpants or Z Supply harems much more flattering than the Hush pair.

Have a look at Saint+Sofia. I love the Camden trousers. Wash well too.

Spam88 · 25/03/2020 14:22

I got some recently in the New Look sale.

EraOfTheGrey · 25/03/2020 16:17

Saint+Sofia Camden trousers are my favourite.

I got these for Christmas and I love them, they're so lovely and soft and not sweaty at all. www.wearethought.com/emerson-bamboo-slacks

Another vote for next joggers, reasonably priced, wash well and great pockets Grin

Next has just closed online ordering

Sorry I don’t have an answer to your question but was curious as to why you need your phone in your pocket if you are at home. Just curious.
As for tissue - old tip is to use inside of long sleeve. Same thing as a pocket but make sure it doesn’t poke through the edge.

drspouse · 26/03/2020 23:42

I usually use a hanky so I find it's really dangerous to put a tissue in a pocket (or sleeve), too easily forgotten in the wash.
Anyway, I have some nice lounging trousers from Bam.

Really comfy, great quality and with pockets!

Number12 · 29/03/2020 19:39

@Arseit what's the sizing like please?

Arseit · 29/03/2020 20:28

I went for M, which I’m fine with because I prefer my clothes slightly looser. I’m usually a 12-14. But I probably could equally have got a S.

Presumably because she takes it around the house with her - no good having a mobile phone if you leave it downstairs when you are upstairs and either miss a call because you don't hear it, or have to sprint down to answer it.

Number12 · 31/03/2020 13:22

Thanks @arseit that helps a lot :-) I love bamboo clothes.

Arseit · 31/03/2020 13:35

@Number12 I’m really pleased with everything I got.

feesh · 31/03/2020 13:41

Hush harems have fab pockets - I regularly fill them up with kids’ toys that are in the wrong room!
