Looking for ethical, eco-friendly and cruelty-free makeup brands

I am looking to be a lot more responsible with my makeup purchases from now on.

I would like my products to be cruelty-free, ethically produced and ingredients sourced responsibly. Also recyclable packaging where possible.

I am thinking the body shop could be good? I also need a very pale foundation shade so that would be a consideration too.

Can anyone recommend brands that fulfil these specifications?

Money is also a factor as I don't want to spend a fortune, however I am prepared to spend a little more if it means being more responsible.

As for skincare and haircare, all I currently use is Nivea (blue tin which lasts ages and I keep the tins and reuse them) as that's the only thing that agrees with my skin, and I use Lush shampoo bars and normal bar soap to wash with, so not looking to change any of that.

Thanks in advance!
