What is the best way to keep eyebrows tidy whilst we are social distancing?
I usually get them threaded.
Plucking obviously, but normally I get them done every couple of weeks and she makes them look so nice!

Oooh watching with interest especially as crap eyesight makes it really hard to do!

Anyone else wish they'd had things like this, hair etc done a few weeks ago? Grin

I think I must have really fast growing eyebrows! I need them done every couple of weeks anyway.

I've just done my first ever lip wax which was ok. But eyebrows are a different ball game I think.

I am taking this as an opportunity to grow them a bit thicker and then will run to the salon once we are back to normal 🤣

APatchyTomCat · 22/03/2020 16:58

Yup I’m growing them out. My brows are victims of the 90’s so I’m using this time to grow them out fully, not even ‘tidying’, in the hope that when it’s all done I can go back to the salon with lots to work with Grin

I've got the opposite problem. Mine are unruly enough already.

I've bought myself some eyebrow tint from Amazon and am planning to use this and tweezers to keep my brows tidy. I'm concerned that I might have a disaster with the tint and end up with huge dark caterpillars but then again, I'm not going to see anyone for a while so I guess it doesn't matter! Wink

I've tidied up AROUND the eyebrow, but I don't know what to do about the actual eyebrow as I don't want to thin it too much but it will get bushy. Although, if we do go on lock down then what is the point?!

I'm planning on getting DH to learn to thread... wish me luck. Probably need to find you YouTube guides

I always tint my own at home, never use Vaseline and slap it on for ages and it's never stained Smile

I think I'm going to have to trim somehow but I might need better scissors.
Probably you tube can help.

I use a childs size tooth brush for mine.Bbrush them up and in their natural curve. Pluck ones the are visible underneath, the ones which are at the outside edge, and as few as possible on the upper edge.
Brush them at night before you go to sleep and in the morning after washing your face.

What tints does everyone use? I usually have mine tinted, but am willing to give it a go myself (just because nobody will be able to see me and judge me!)
