Product for air drying hair

I’ve just had a new hairstyle, short pixie but longer on top. I’ve got really straight, fine hair which has always air dried nicely. This new style just needs a tiny bit of something to encourage it in the right direction when it’s dried. If I use a hairdryer it tends to get a bit flyaway but then if I put product in afterwards it looks greasy. I’m also quite lazy so it would be nice to be able to let it dry naturally (but not essential, it doesn’t take long).

Has anyone used a product to help with hold that you can put in whilst it’s wet then wait for it to dry? Otherwise I guess some sort of holding wax/paste that is really matt would be the next best thing. Or something non greasy I can put in before I dry it?

I’m a bit clueless....
