I had some fab ones from Superdry last year in their sale and they've got a sale online at the moment. They also have an eBay outlet that is worth checking.

I'm a massive fan of decathlon, I'm a runner who does half marathons. They do a good range of styles, fig well and don't go see through. With a £20 max budget that's where i'd be going. My last pair were about £13.
