Need new styles for my weight...!

Hello, I have worn the same style dresses for a while, but now am about 12kg heavier than I normally am and I am tired of wearing clothes which are too small. I need a couple of dresses which fit for work, but I don't know what to buy now I'm 'well rounded'.
I've always had boobs and hips but the tummy is a new addition
The style I always wear is attached and doesn't go well with my preferred style.

Where I live I have next online and a few british shops but not many. Then H&M and Zara etc, but I'd basically love it if it was Next online (they sell Joules/ Boden/ White stuff via their website here) and then I don't have to go to shops where they tend to not stock over a 12...

I'm 168cm and 80kg () which is a top end of a size 14 I think, any suggestions of new dress styles which don't make me look enormous are greatly appreciated!

They do a dress called the Iris dress, very forgiving although above the knee so you need to like your legs. It looks simple but It’s about how you style it for work that matters.
Washes well too
Hush sizes are often on the large size. I’m a 10-12 on the high-street and a small, occasionally Xs on Hush.

Thanks, I'll have a little hunt online. Was going to get a lot of shopping to be picked up by colleagues heading home for Easter, but we will all be stuck here now COVID19 has kicked off over your side of the world...
