Grenson sandals (pic)

I'd been looking for something similar to these Clarks sandals (which I have and love), but in white.

I found and have fallen in love with these Grenson sandals but they are much more expensive than I'd normally pay.

Are Grensons worth it? Convince me! Or not.... Confused

Has anyone seen anything similar? I don't like Cos, Tevo or anything too practical looking Grin, although I do want comfort. Thanks.

They're not a million miles away from these Camper sandals.
Can you try them on before buying? I have a pair of Grenson Ethel sandals which are lovely but they don't suit my foot. They're quite deep and wide in the heel so my heel slides out of them.

Hi thank you, I did see those Camper ones too but would really have preferred a bright white and not off white.
Yes I can return them if no good.

Would have loved a bit of a discount too 😬
Best I can get is 5% from Grenson or 10% (student) from Zalando but Zalando's are £10 dearer to start with, but with free shipping 🤔

The Grensons will be far, far better quality than the Clarks but that is a very on trend style (arguably the chunky tread sole has already peaked, its been around a couple of years). So whether you'd get £160 worth of wear out of them if that sort of thing bothers should be a consideration. I'd spend that and more on almost any of their boots in a heartbeat as they produce the same styles every year. If you do go for them I'd size down at least a half size.

Sign up to their newsletter, they very occasionally do discounts. Otherwise they are stocked in lots of independent boutique type places, do a deep dive on Google to find.

Thanks typically. No the trend thing isn't really a big deal, I think I'd wear them over many holidays. I'm just nervous about the price but happy to hear they are recommended for quality. Thanks for the sizing and newsletter tips Smile

They look very similar to Dr Martens sandals, which have been around for years. Have you looked at the DM website?
