Help please - best hair dryer for curly hair

I have collar length curly hair. Usually, I wash it and let it dry naturally but the constant damp weather is making it go frizzy, regardless of products used. So I'm thinking about drying it with a hair dryer instead.

I haven't owned or used a hair dryer for about 20 years. So I'm looking for recommendations please, particularly for quieter versions as I leave for work before everyone else is awake.

Also, I don't have a lot of time (or inclination) for faffing.

Dyson. I have long curly hair, and I love my dyson. I did try a cheaper one first, but it was no where near as good.

I'm a curly. Can't use a normal hairdryer, only a diffuser, which is time consuming and loud unfortunately.
Do you use a leave in conditioner? I try to add more moisture so less frizz. I have boob length real thick, course hair which I air dry
