Cocktail dress with sleeves

I need a cocktail dress that is a Size 16 with sleeves. I don't want a clingy dress but want to feel a sense of glamour. I am 5ft7 and have shoulder-length auburn hair and freckles. Budget around £150.

I like to have a 3/4 sleeve as its flattering on the arms- but hard to find a cocktail dress with sleeves! I know!

What about a bolero jacket to wear over whatever dress you get? Debenhams have 25% off some of theirs.

That is stunning Ska. Have you bought anything from them? I'm going to look in Phase Eight today. The Maya ones are lovely but a bit too weddingy. Has anyone bought anything from Ghost?

I'd have my doubts about tbdress. The photo looks lovely but there are a few markers of an non legit website.
