Best illuminating primer?

I usually use Elemis flash balm under double wear, and get complimented on my glow a lot..... but god it’s pricey!

Is there anything else I could try that’s comparable?

I got a primer in the M&S advent calendar which was okay, a close second was also the laura mercier illuminating primer - but that’s kinda spendy too.

Help!

Becca Backlit, pricy but might be cheaper than Elemis.

A hopeful bump for the evening crew - thank you in advance for any suggestions! Flowers

I use and like boots botanics illuminating balm, but can't compare it to the elemis one which I haven't tried.

I also use the boots one. It’s excellent for the price - similar to Clarins flash balm.

I like the blue Becca one.

Becca primers are good as is the Estée Lauder illuminating primer.

Most recently I’ve started using and liking this new one from m.beccacosmetics.com/uk/en/product/22195/59499/face/skin-love-glow-elixir/brighten-hydrate-nourish-serum
