It was taken from Instagram and posted in Reddit without any identifying details and I've fallen in love with it even though my partner says it looks like a pair of curtains plus the swag

I think its "beautifully unusual" if you have the right figure and occasion to wear it.

It looks a bit Oscar de la Renta like. Probably unbelievably expensive.

Ha! I'd have to sell a kidney and not convinced I'd fit any of those sizes! Might just have to drape my living room curtains around myself and swish about in then instead it's the embroidery I like with the autumny colours I think.

Wow, those sleeves! I heard on This morning/Good Morning whatever it is that sleeves are getting big again. They ain't kidding with this dress!

I just like the fitted dress section the rest is too much for me.
