It's like it's dry on the inside. Drinkwise I don't like anything but water and coffee, and drink coffee less than once a month so mainly all I drink is water, and I drink lots of it. I try and eat good fats like salmon, avocado etc.
Use face oils and creams and so on but really looks more like an inside issue if you know what I mean. My skin doesn't usually feel dry, it just looks dehydrated. Are there any supplements that might help? (I currently take vitamin c and vitamin b complex, not for my skin just for health).
