Is this jacket awful?

Name changed as I'm embarrassed about liking this jacket. I like the lagenlook style of dressing and have many pairs of good quality harem trousers. I want to buy this jacket to wear with them though I have a feeling/know it's awfully tacky. But I really like it. If it was £££ from a designer shop I wouldn't hesitate. It comes in many different colours. Honest opinions please if you have time. Is it beyond tacky and as bad or worse as the 'angel wings' jackets that are everywhere at present.

Bernadette it means if I'd seen it in an upmarket lagenlook shop such as Oska or Sahara I'd have bought it

I think I'd like the wing one in black and actually without the writing on the back I may wear the other one but it would really depend on how I felt after trying them on as it could be tent like on my ample frame

Yes, I do like it, however I'm well over 50, I like nice clothes and don't want to look like a pillock. I just couldn't decide whether or not I can get away with it but had a feeling it's naff

Well as everything Lagenlook is just a shapeless tent I can see why this would appeal. However, imo, it’s fucking awful. But if you like it, crack on.

I like the new one - if you pull the look off (and it sounds like you do), I think it will be perfect.
