Spots after using hyaluronic acid? [Title edited by MNHQ]

I used hydrochloric acid and vitimin c as recommended with a home Dermaroller but I have broke out in spots over my chin area? I don't usually have any break outs. I think the rest of my skin looks better but I wondered if I should continue to use or not? Could anyone advise. Thank you

Are you sure it was hydrochloric acid you used??

Peridot1 · 07/03/2020 15:57

Hylauronic acid?

dementedpixie · 07/03/2020 15:59

Dont think you'd have any skin left if its hydrochloric acid

Are you sanitising the dermaroller after each use?

Mummyy07 · 07/03/2020 16:35

Hyaluronic sorry 😂 I knew I should have checked the auto correct before posting.
Yes I have been sanitising after each use.

I'd stop with the dermaroller tbh. Go back to just the HA and Vit C and add in maybe a glycolic or lactic avid in either a toner or serum for exfoliation Paulas Choice is an excellent brand

*acid
