Tortoiseshell or black Raybans?

Hi all!

Am going to get some Raybans, but can’t decide which colourway to go for between tortoiseshell (Havana) or black. 😬 Any thoughts?

If it makes any difference, I have blonde hair and tanned skin. Thank you! x

I'm brown haired, pale skin - which ones for me??!

If you have a low contrast between you hair and skin, go brown as black will look too harsh.

I have navy wayfarers and I prefer them to the black or tortoiseshell on me; I have pale skin though. I like the tortoiseshell a hit more than the black in general.

I have the tortoiseshell, they suit my colouring better. Black is too harsh.

I have the ones that fold in half, that are slightly bigger than the typical Wayfarer, in the tortoiseshell. I'm brown haired, pale-ish skin. Absolutely won't be without them!

I'm a fair red head so went with tortoiseshell

Both are great I just felt that black was a little too harsh
