Frown lines

I'm 27 and the last year or so have really noticed my frown lines have gotten a lot worse. They are noticeable all the time and I feel like they make me look a lot older then I am.

I think I have a good skin care routine but is there anything I can do (without Botox) to improve them?

Water water water. I drink 2 litres a day aiming for more if I can. The difference in a week was noticeable, now a few months in I look much younger and fresher. No need for as much make up and the frown lines are no where near as deep. I also use a hyaluronic acid twice a day and a good toner.

And trying very very hard not to frown!

Try this

Mine have gone from what I see in the mirror first thing to hardly seeing them. Don't expect overnight results, it took a while for them to form. Wear sunglases as soon as the sun deigns to shine, summer, winter, all the time.

Agree with above poster too!

Thanks both, I definitely don't drink enough water and hadn't thought that could be making a difference so will definitely try that and will also order the ordinary serum!!
