Dermaplaning - peach fuzz growing back after 2 days?

Had dermaplaning done. Skin feels fresher and brighter and of course was nicely hair free.

I was told dermaplaning does not mean I'll start to grow a beard once the peach fuzz is razored off and should stay hair-free for 3 weeks or so. But after 2 days I can notice a few light hairs growing back on the sides of my face.

Now what?! I'm going to end up with a really thick, coarse, and black 5 o'clock shadow aren't I?!!!

Same here OP. Bloody brilliant when it's done and for a couple of days but otherwise I've fallen right out of love with it. Am certain it's breaking me out fairly badly as the hair grows back in and I swear theres more of it (albeit it all still is definitely peach fuzz that is growing in, no darker or thicker or anything)

Isn’t it basically like shaving your face?

It's the same as shaving your face but with a fancy name, unless your hair grows back really slowly then of course it'll be stubbly pretty soon.

Ok good to know it grew back peach fuzz-y @dontgobaconmyheart there's hope for me yet!

@TK1930 @MrsPelligrinoPetrichor I was told it wasn't like shaving my face and I wouldn't grow stubble ☹️☹️ but I guess it is.

I do mine at home every couple of weeks but yeah like any hair that grows back its going to start off short (stuble) then grow. My makeup goes on great when its first done but i have had a few breakouts which might be down to the dermaplaning.

I use an oil, then aftewards slather on aloe gel and good moisturiser
