Smooth legs

My Lumea is no longer charging so I need something new. What is best for keeping legs smooth, do I need an epilator or is the an IPL that I can buy that does legs easily?

Lumea and ipl are for permanent hair removal.
Epilators are temporary hair removal.
What are you after?!
The smoothness will depend on your type of hair and skin.
