I'm looking for some advice on where is best to get a fabulous dress for wedding guest, or what styles suit best for plus size ladies?
Its for my mum who is approaching 60. She has a wedding to attend in 8 weeks. Her best features, apart from her wit & smile are her legs! We tried going to the into the shops at the weekend to try things on, but she got upset at how much her body has changed since going through the menopause, shes went from a size 6 to a size 18 in the past thee years. All the weight gained is has mostly stuck around her waist. I have tried telling her that she is beautiful and that she isn't defined by her size but at the moment she just wont listen.
This is the first time she's shopped for occasion wear since so I don't really know where to start. I'm hoping with your recommendations I can find something online for her that she can try on at home & feel great!
