Please can someone help me to accessorise my dress?

I'm off to a wedding in a couple of weeks and I am wearing this dress - I've worn it before but can't really afford a new one! The colour is a lovely teal green, the photos don't show the colour too well!

From scratch really, I could do with some ideas for colours etc, I live most of the time in wellies and a muddy coat and don't really 'do' fashionable!

If you go to Google images and put in "accessories for teal green dress", you'll get lots of ideas...silver/gold/navy would be obvious ones but could also get floral colours

I'd definitely go with gold accessories! The dress has nice detail in so I would t have a necklace. Simple gold clutch, earrings, maybe a nice bracelet stack too. What kind of shoes do you wear? Low, mid or high heel?

I'd take your inspiration from peacock feathers and match teal with gold and navy, if you can get peacock feathers in as well that will bring it together.
Do you need a hat?

Ooh I love the peacock feathers idea, that's something I would never have thought of! I'd like mid to high heels really, so gold/navy!

I think a ivory, cream or beige blazer (or coat) would look lovely. Topshop have a few (affordable) options.

Gold jewellery would pair really well.

I think you could get away with a wide range of different heel styles and colours too. Eg black, white, nude, gold, silver or heeled sandals/court heels etc.

Bags that are “in” right now are the 90s inspired shoulder bags or a small structured mini bag.
