Please can someone help me out here? I bought this eye pencil today and because the casing is plastic I checked with the assistant that I would be able to sharpen it, rather than be paying £6 for just that nib bit you can see. I've had a similar disappointment with a lip pencil recently and didn't want to get caught out again.
She assured me that I would be able to do it using my jumbo sharpener, but of course I can't. Is there a trick to it I'm not seeing? It doesn't wind, push down or anything. Help please.
