lighweight smart bag, not kipling

I am looking for a lightweight over the body or ruck sack type handbag.
I have a Kipling bag, which is a good size and light, with lots of handy pockets, but its not very smart.

Needs to be big enough for purse, make up bag, small tablet and water bottle.

I have a rucksack type bag from here. It holds loads and wipes clean.
