The embroidery is a claddagh so maybe try searching that.

Can't see it on their website but it's similar to a desigual style

That's a picture from Laura Whitmore's insta page. There are no links but a suggestion from someone that the bag is FromStXavier brand, but from last year's collection. (No idea personally).

She gave me the picture as something she’d like. She never does this type of thing and never asks for anything. I’ve typed everything I can into google with no joy 😬

It’s From St Xavier, a limited release in Australia so would be very hard to find now.

There are a few similar (from that brand) on eBay, but not that exact one.
