I'd never used ASOS before the prom dress nightmare but it was so easy to use and I took my returns back to Asda which was amazing as the parcel was massive because of all the tulle. 😂

Thanks for the help-the few places we've tried online and in real life all need to ordered in specially (non-returnable) so she hasn't even been able to try them on - she's a size 18 in most shops.

I ordered about six dresses, some in different sizes and colours so she could rule out more than one option in one dress if you see what I mean and returned the ones she didn't like the next day. I thought we might have ended up,doing it a few times but she liked one in the first order. And it was £31 so I was thrilled!
